Boca Negra
Ageing: 14 months, half in French oak and half in American
oak barrels, and 12 months in bottle.
Grape varieties: 100 % Monastrell.
Tasting notes: A red wine, showing a lively black cherry
colour with purple glints. Packed with fruit aromas on the
nose and spicy notes, bringing great complexity. Despite
a soft, round texture on the palate, the wine is full-bodied
and flavoursome, almost sweet. Well structured with a fresh,
lingering finish.
Recommended serving temperature: It should be served at
around 16oC.
