Serrata
Ageing: 18 months in new French oak barrels and 12 months
in bottle.
Grape varieties: Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon
and Monastrell.
Tasting notes: A red wine, showing a clean, brilliant, ruby-red
colour. On the nose, an array of aromas comes through, ranging
from fruit and toast to minerals and spices. Flavoursome and
concentrated on the palate with good backbone and ripened
tannins providing an unctuous mouth-feel in a complex and
elegant finish.
Recommended serving temperature: It should be served at
around 18oC.
